Work Team
Voluntary Social Work Team
In addition to the core team, New Creation Community works with a group of trained voluntary social workers who support various projects and interventions.These voluntary team members hold qualifications such as Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW) and contribute across community outreach, assessments, follow-up support, group work, documentation, and programme implementation. Voluntary social workers work under the guidance and coordination of the Head of Department – Social Work and the core professional team.

Supports community outreach, family engagement, follow-up services, and coordination of support activities.

Works with families and individuals providing structured support, guidance, and follow-up interventions.
